1. Sponsor. The DAKARâ„¢ Car Seat Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by OutdoorBengal LLC, Juniper Ter, Dingmans Ferry, PA [ZIP] ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway may be promoted by independent content creators participating in Sponsor's affiliate program ("Creators"). Creators are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, Creators, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at [12:00 a.m. ET on October 1st, 2026] and ends at [11:59 p.m. ET on October 30, 2026] (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. Visit outdoorbengal.com/pages/dakar-giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with your name, your cat's name, and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made through any Creator's link have the same chance of winning as all other entries. Incomplete entries, made with multiple or fake email addresses, or submitted by automated means are void.
5. Prize. Three (3) winners will receive one (1) DAKAR™ cat car seat, based on availability — approximate retail value (ARV): 139 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize will be shipped to an address in the United States only. Shipments outside the US shall be covered by the winner/s.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 1st, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified at the email address provided at entry and must respond within seven (7) days with a valid shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Promotional Offers. Entrants may receive promotional offers from Sponsor during or after the Giveaway. Receiving or using any offer has no effect on the odds of winning.
8. Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, their cat's name, and their city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause affects its fair operation.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Creators, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions.
10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and to send marketing emails from Sponsor, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
11. Platforms. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants release each platform from any liability related to the Giveaway.
12. Governing Law. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Winner's Name. To request the winner's first name and state, email [claudia@outdoorbengal.com] with the subject "Dakar Giveaway Winner" within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.
